Swindon Children's Fund provides services in the context of a multi agency team for children who are experiencing early signs of difficulty. The purpose of this website is to provide information about those services in the fund and also to make explicit the criteria for referral.

The overall criteria for all services are:

• For Children and young people aged 5-13 years
  
  
• Resident in Park North/South, Walcot East, Penhill, Pinehurst or
  
  
• Attend Churchfields or Headlands or their feeder schools
  
  
• Are demonstrating early signs of difficulty and all universal services,
  such as services offered in school, have been exhausted
